When an issue is submitted, a new ticket is created. From that point forward, communication between Classter support agents and end-users will be carried out online through the ticketing system. In order to follow-up on the status of the ticket, one must first log on to Classter, then proceed to 'Check ticket status'. From there, all tickets created by the end-user can be seen, along with each ticket's respective status.
